Vicco Vajradanti Tooth Powder – Powder for application on Gums and Teeth

For perfect dental care, teeth are first to be brushed with Vicco Vajradanti paste and then the gums are to be massaged with Vicco Vajradanti powder. While the paste removes food particles from the cavities and crevices of the teeth, the Vicco Vajradanti Powder strengthens the gums by allowing the essences from 20 rich herbs to percolate down the gum layers.

Vicco Vajradanti Powder prevents tooth decay and cures pyorrhoea, swollen gums, bleeding gums and inflammation of gums. Vicco Vajradanti Powder is also used in hardening of gums and teeth, cleansing and healing of wounds and on tooth-ache. Vicco Vajradanti Powder does not contain chalk or coal.

For ideal result, massage gums gently with Vicco Vajradanti Powder for two minutes and rinse after five minutes.

1. Babhul (Bark)

Action

Astringent, Healing, Heamostatic, Wormicidal (Anthelmintic)

Because of astringent property due to the tannins it helps to stop bleeding from the gums, it helps to heal the wound and gives strength to gums for fixing of teeth. Because of Anthelmintic property (as per renowned Ayurvedic text ‘Bhav-Prakash’) it can prevent bacterial growth in gums and thus prevents tooth decay. Because of hardening property, it is useful in spongy gums.
